Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Lush Hair Folk Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service..


All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from our stylists… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by our stylists. You have 24 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

Lush Hair Folk Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Return Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 5 days of original purchase at our location (255 Assay St Suite 100, Houston, TX 77044). No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.

We do not take refunds for our  online retail orders.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

​If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within 5 days you may be placed on a walk-in basis only.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a $50 no show fee or a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services, whichever is greater and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.


Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
