- Performing precise fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves
- Conducting client consultations to recommend styles, shapes, or products
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic workstation in compliance with Texas sanitation standards

Barber Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence. To be considered for a barber position in Humble TX or Houston, candidates should possess:
- Holds a valid Texas Barber License
- Has 1+ year of professional experience (preferred)
- Demonstrates comfort with all hair types and beard textures
- Can independently manage time, tools, and appointments
- Maintains a polished and clean grooming station
- Brings good energy and respects the salon’s upscale atmosphere
Barber Position Details
This role is ideal for barbers looking for booth rental flexibility or performance-based pay. Choose your own hours and scale your income based on services and client flow.
